Looking for young children’s book about a talking tiger?

This description is vague, hopefully there are some mommies, daddies, or elementary teachers who can help me out with it. I’m looking for a book about a tiger who talks and the book comes with a stuffed tiger. I believe it to be aimed at 1st or 2nd graders. I won’t recognize the book even if I see it, probably, but if there are more than one that match, I’d be very interested to know. I also believe this to be a recent publication, but that’s not definite. Thanks!
