An audio book is a relatively new format that arouses skepticism in many people, especially if they have been educated to appreciate the written word. This is unfortunate, because an audio book is very easy to use and with the right combination of hardware and software, people may begin to appreciate a new world of storytelling and information.

Therefore, great classics of Shakespeare and Dickens are set to be heard by an even wider audience, perhaps even by those who might otherwise prefer to read comics.
Ironically, perhaps the dissemination of audio books is a lot of people driving back to reading the printed word. The concerns of the audio books to replace printed books is such Once a bit exaggerated, despite those who say otherwise. There are times when plugs or headphones, just not a good cut and traditional book is just the ticket. The dimension a physical printed book, perhaps with illustrations, has a few knocks.
