Where can I get a hold of a rubber material called "Hyperflex?"?

This material (called Hyperflex) is currently used to create realistic from creepy crawlers to the soles of arch support and I wonder if it can be obtained by the general public in unprocessed form. I want to see if I can make some realistic Halloween masks. I know there's a company called "Club Land" incorporating this material in an effort to alleviate toys. I'm sure some of you know what I mean. Can anyone tell me where to get?
